Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kareki mobile application (the "App"), provided by Cargah Studio. By using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

2. Scope of the Service

Kareki is an entertainment and brain-training app offering sudoku puzzles at several difficulties. The App is provided "as is". We may change, add or remove features, puzzles, level locks and scoring rules without prior notice.

3. Price

The App is free. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If a paid feature is ever added, these terms will be updated and you will be told clearly before any purchase.

4. Who May Use It

The App suits users of every age and needs no account. If you are under eighteen, we recommend using it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. You can end your use at any time by removing the App from your device.

5. Rules of Use

While using the App, you agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App (except where applicable law expressly allows it),
• copy, reproduce or distribute the App’s content, puzzle sets or visual assets for commercial purposes without permission,
• use tools that disrupt how the App works or that alter scores or statistics by cheating.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kareki name, logo, interface design, puzzle sets and all content belong to us or are used under licence. The general rules of sudoku are in the public domain; these terms cover only content specific to Kareki.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the App will run uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the loss of game progress, statistics or settings caused by changing devices, deleting the App, clearing its cache or a technical fault. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the App.

8. Health Notice

We recommend taking regular breaks during long screen sessions. The App is not intended for any medical or cognitive therapy purpose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will inform you when the App starts and ask you to accept them again.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. As a consumer, you keep your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live.

11. Language

This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version of these terms prevails.
